This wine has been produced thanks to the work of our ancestors who planted and cultivated our 80 to 100 year old vineyards of the "Tinta de Toro" (Tempranillo) variety. We maintain their work of processing in the vineyards with care and delicacy to release a wine of excellent quality. The grapes are selected in bunches and fermented in small stainless steel tanks; Subsequently, the wine has been aged in the best French oak barrels for more than 25 months. Afterwards, we let the wine settle down in our storage room to obtain a perfectly balanced wine with a long aftertaste, silky and subtle.
