Wild Distillery Elderflower Organic Gin 32% Limited Edition liqueur

As a beautiful harbinger of summer, the elderflower pops out in mid-June and marks the start of the Danish summer. That's why Wild Distillery has made this ONE elderflower. It is the taste and smell of Danish summer. This elderflower gin liqueur is distilled with hand-picked, organic elderflowers from Svaneke on Bornholm, as well as Bornholm Mosteri's elderflower juice.
The gin has a slightly perfumed aroma, just like when you smell elderflower in full bloom. In addition to elderflower, it is dominated by juniper and elegant notes of citrus and a fine sweetness in the aftertaste.

We had this Gin-Citron liqueur made last year in 2022 when the Tour de France passed by Holbæk and had to cycle over the Munkholm Bridge, and there we had called it Tour på Broen. It became so popular that we have now made it again, but this time it is called: Sun on the bridge.

This beautiful lemon liqueur brings back memories of hot summer days and the Tour De France days in Denmark with its beautiful yellow color and sweet, fresh taste.

The liqueur is made for Eriksen Vinhandel as a tribute to the local area around Holbæk.

This sun on the bridge is an organic liqueur, made from lemon peels, sugar syrup and gin of the highest quality.
