Oak Gin, has a nice golden colour. In terms of taste, it is delicate with clear, well-integrated notes of the oak barrel. It has hints of coffee and undertones of vanilla.

OAK Gin, is a unique cask-aged gin that has been on casks in iconic hammerhouses. It can be felt that history is shrouded and hidden in the ancient castle walls of Northern Europe's largest castle ruin. Wild Distillery has been allowed to take a small piece of history with it in this bottle, which has been on casks in the butter cellar for half a year. In the old days, when taxes had to be paid to the burgher, it was often paid in the form of salted butter. Here it was kept cool and safe, just as our gin has been.
