Chateau Talbot Caillou Blanc Bordeaux 2016
Georges Cordier, grandfather of the current owners was one of the first to replant white wine in Médoc in the 1930s. With a majority of Sauvignon and a hint of Sémillon, Caillou Blanc is raised on its berries and stirred in a burgundy way.
The wine is very aromatic, with a lively personality and responsiveness one finds over and over again through all vintages.
