Weingut Wasem Sonnenhang Spätburgunder Rheinhessen 2016

Weingut Wasen Sonnenhang 2016
Ingelheimer Rheinhessen

Already in the third generation, the Wasem family has lived and worked in Rodensteiner Hof, where Julius Wasem laid the foundation for the company in its current form in 1912. Holger and Burkhard Wasem run the winery, always driven by a special feeling for wine. They attach great importance to natural and environmentally friendly care of the vineyards. "Less is more" is the motto when it comes to the relationship between yield and quality. The combination of the tried and tested with the advanced cellar technology puts the crown on quality. Currently, 34 hectares of vineyards are cultivated - with prime locations such as Pares, Horn, Sonnenhang, Burgberg or Schlossberg. Not to be confused with the 1 hectare single vineyard "Ingelheimer Sonnenberg" in the middle of the city. Sonnenhang is 88 hectares in size and is an extension of Ingelheim-Süd and by the Selz River.
