In addition to the peach and apricot notes, the taste is full of minerals, full of finesse and a juicy interplay between fruity sweetness and refreshing acidity. Long and fine aftertaste. A natural talent that is only at the beginning of its development, but which is already so tasty. Sweetness can also be fantastically fine. The grapes for our Riesling Spätlese come from the Bechtheimer Geyersberg vineyard. The south-facing terraces, protected from frost, where our vines are grown, every year give rise to wine with special power, fruit and fullness.
