Norliq Creme De Sureau Liqueur 50 cl. (Elderberries)
The liqueur is developed by NORLIQ and offers a taste experience of a very special quality and character.
Only elderberry juice of exquisite quality is used to make Sureau. The juice leads to fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks. After fermentation, the juice is added to pure alcohol of good quality and pumped to storage tanks, after which it is cooled so that yeast cells and possibly berry residues precipitate. After a few weeks, pure alcohol is added again, as well as a sugar syrup, which after storage adds the port wine-like grades to Sureau.
The liqueur is then stored in the tank for six months before being bottled.
