St. Antony Grauburgunder Alkoholfrei

Alcohol is often seen as the carrier of flavors in wines, but this Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) comes very close to a regular wine. It's produced using a more recent method where the wine's own aroma is added back after dealcoholization - this gives a lovely vinous character true to the grape it's made from.
