The first grapes for this Vintage 2017 from Niepoort, first began to be harvested by hand on August 24th and the last grapes were harvested on September 26th 2017. These grapes were shortly after harvest processed and trodden by foot and 100% stalk in a granite mill. They were then put to rest over the winter in conéis, where they were first transferred in March 2018 to their cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia, where they were bottled in June 2019.
