Friis-Holm Cherry Frederiksdal – filled chocolates with cherries and dark chocolate

Friis-Holm Cherry Frederiksdal is an exclusive chocolate experience where intense dark chocolate meets the seductive flavor of Danish cherries. This box contains eight handmade chocolates made with rich Johe 70% chocolate and a delicious filling of cherries from Frederiksdal. A fantastic combination of fruity freshness, sweetness, and deep cocoa flavor.

The chocolates were created in collaboration between Friis-Holm and Frederiksdal Cherry Wine. The dark Johe chocolate is made with cocoa from Nicaragua. Inside lies a soft cherry fondant with Frederiksdal cherry brandy and a whole Stevns cherry. This creates an intense and juicy flavor experience with plenty of character.

These filled chocolates have earned international recognition. In 2023, they won gold at the Scandinavian Chocolate Championships and silver at the International Chocolate Awards. An ideal gift for the chocolate lover or as a luxurious finale to a fine dinner.
