The story behind Glenfarclas

Glenfarclas has been family owned since 1865 and is still run by the Grant family. Located at the foot of Ben Rinnes, the distillery is known for its strong respect for tradition. Production still takes place in large copper pot stills heated by direct fire.

The whisky is matured in traditional dunnage warehouses in European oak sherry casks. This method gives Glenfarclas its distinctive style.
