Taylor’s Vintage 2007 – 37,5 cl Half bottle

Robert Parker described the wine as being in a slightly atypical phase, with the sweet, marzipan-like bouquet dominating the ripe dark fruit at times. On the palate, however, it is precise and controlled with very fine tannins, well-balanced acidity and an elegant, balanced finish with impressive purity and poise.

Tasting notes

Color: Deep, dense ruby red with a dark core.

Aroma: Sweet and complex with notes of marzipan, sun-ripened blackberries and black cherries. Underlying notes of violet and spice add depth.

Palate: Structured and focused with silky tannins and great acidity. The ripe dark fruit is balanced by the elegance and precision that is classic to Taylor’s style.
