Tasting notes

Color: Golden amber with warm copper reflections.

Aroma: Intense and aromatic with notes of fresh sugar cane, tropical fruit, vanilla and caramel. Underlying notes of spice, oak and lightly roasted nuts add complexity.

Flavor: Powerful and structured with a distinct pot still character. Layers of brown sugar, tropical fruit, spicy oak and a light vegetal freshness from the cane juice. The alcohol is pronounced but well-integrated and carries the flavor nuances nicely.

Finish: Long and warm with lingering spice, dried fruit and a dry, elegant finish.
