The Black Elephant cuvée, as a dominant and solitary elephant, is standing apart from most other Rhone valley wines in terms of color darkness, fruit concentration and lasting power in the mouth. Produced exclusive from old Syrah stocks that were harvested at optimum maturity, when the juicy grapes are fully roasted by the sun of Provence, then aged in toasted barrels.
