The distillerie de Port-au-Prince, founded in 2018, brings back to Haiti the production of a rum distilled in an artisanal muller´s Bain-Marie still. This rum-produced from ancestral technique isng cristalline sugar cane syrup boiled on high heat as it was in 1800s.
