Gravascal comes from a small parcel of our Finca Piedra Infinita, located in Paraje Altamira, at 1.100 masl, in the south of Uco valley. Its name refers ti the alluvial soils with gravel, covered with calcium bicarbonate, that are at 23in, depth. The uniqueness og the fraction of the vineyard, is something that we, who work this soil daily, know and appreciate.
