Jean Fillioux Cognac is a family-owned house, established in 1880. The house and its 25 ha of vineyards are located in the best of the best areas for cognac, namely Grande Champagne. La Pouyade, which is the name of Jean Fillioux's residence, is located in the middle of the "Golden Triangle" between Verriéres, Angeac-Champagne and Juillac-Le Coq.
Today, Pascal Fillioux, the fifth-generation descendant of the founder, Honoré Fillioux, is in charge of production. Pascal is a God-given master blender who is responsible for the entire production from harvesting the grapes to bottling the final cognac – from the house's young Le Coq to the very old Reserve Familiale Cognac.

Der produceres 8 forskellige Champagner, hvoraf størstedelen er Blanc des Blanc (100% Chardonnay). Doyard-Mahé er ekseperter i Blanc des Blanc-typen, hvor familien virkelig formår at producere sprøde, mineralske og knivskarpe Champagner, som er tro mod Vertus-områdets unikke terroir.

Maurice Doyard, der levede fra 1889 til 1974, var en af Champagne regionens berømte pionerer. I dag er det Maurice Doyards barnebarn, Philippe Doyard, der sammen med sin ældste datter, Carole, fører de stolte familietraditioner videre og producerer de flotte Doyard-Mahé-champagner med samme store passion som Maurice Doyard gjorde for 4 generationer siden.

From Domaine Alexandre Bonnet in the Champagne region of Les Riceys, here you get a unique single-field champagne from the field La Géande, made from all seven grapes allowed in Champagne - the first ever!

The champagne is fresh, fruity and incredibly sweet despite its 'brut nature' status. It is quite unique to see a champagne in which all seven permitted grapes have been used, and especially where all seven grapes harmonize. The production of the wine is true to the grapes and the soil in the area, and from Domaine Alexandre Bonnet you can always expect wine that is expressive, produced with minimal processing, and with an intense fruit character with complexity and balance as well as mineral freshness.

The grapes are harvested on the field La Géande, which is planted with the seven Champagne grapes; Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Meunier, Chardonnay, Arbane and Petit Meslier. All the grapes represent an equal proportion of the blend. The wine is from the 2017 harvest and only 4,400 bottles of this special single-field vintage have been made

Pommery Brut Royal

This Brut Royal from Pommery is produced from the grapes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay (1/3 of each). All the grapes are grown in the Champagne region of France. It is a beautiful champagne with a light golden color and a fresh, well-balanced and soft fruity taste.

Pommery Cuvée 2005

As a tribute to Louise Pommery, since 1979 Pommery has been making this highly sought after, pure and immensely mineral luxury cuvée of a Champagne.
Cuvée Louise originates from the vineyards of Avize, Cramant and Ay, three "Grands Crus" areas that are jewels in the crown of the Champagne region, with a blend of primarily Chardonnay and a minor portion of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

For several generations, the Pernet family has produced its champagne from its own vineyard located on the Côte des Blancs and the region of Epernay, the capital of Champagne.
This cuvée is only produced in great years, from the Chardonnay grape variety from our "Grand Cru" classified vineyards. Brut Millésime Blanc de Blancs is aged for around four years in our cellars before being marketed.

Palmer & Co Blanc de Blancs is a clean and crisp champagne, made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The bulk of the grapes come from Premier Cru fields in Villers-Marmery and Trépail, complemented by selected grapes from the Côte de Sézanne. The result is a champagne with finesse, balance and a light mineral character.

The wine matures for a full 4 years on the yeast residues, which gives an extra dimension of depth and complexity. With a dosage of 7-8 g/L, it achieves a harmonious combination of freshness and subtle sweetness.

To celebrate the release of the 25th Bond film, Bollinger has produced a Limited Edition 2011 – 007 No Time to Die. Ferdinand Bonnet
Grande Reserve Brut

The greatest care has gone into every stage of this this champagne´s production for your pleasure. Bonnet is famous for its Pinot Noir style of Champagne which delivers richness and structure. The blend in the Grande Reserve Brut is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay and with 9g / litre of dosage it is dry on the palate. Flavours of white blossom and citrus provide freshness and fruity notes and our favourite food pairing would be rich fish such as salmon, tuna or scallops or a chicken salad in the summer would work brilliantly. A great house pour and be sure to serve chilled.
