This cuvée is a tribute to the partnership between the James Bond producers and the Bollinger house. Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced in the Marne valley, the bouquet is elegant and fresh, with notes of fresh fruit and pastry. It's tense and straight, with a moderately firm palate showing some delicate iodine notes.
To celebrate the release of the 25th Bond film, Bollinger has produced a Limited Edition 2011 – 007 No Time to Die. This extraordinary year inspired the cellar master to create a unique Champagne made entirely of Pinot Noir from a single field in the village of Ay. This is the first time that Bollinger has created a cuvée exclusively from this historic cru, where the house has had its location since its foundation in 1829. Bollinger only produces vintage champagne in exceptional years. This one is all its own - a vintage champagne like no one has ever seen - this is not a 'La Grande Année'.
