It is fully 21 years old. but still has the fruity freshness as it has been aged continentally for all the years. It is bottled at full cask strength of 61% ABV and there are expected to be 187 bottles from this cask. The rum is distilled at the Licorera de Nicaragua distillery.

The Single Malt of Scotland is a range of vintage single malt Scotch whiskies selected for their induvidual wuality and character. This thinck, heavy spirit produced at this Speyside distillery lends itself to long ageing, giving a full and creamy mouthfeel and rounded fruit flavours.

Glenfarclas is one of the few remaining Scottish distilleries still in family ownership. The distillery collects the water used in the distillation in a small spring that springs from the Benrinnes mountains. The combination of the very clean, soft water and the completely unique shape of the pots still contributes to Glenfarcla's unique style.

Established in the port of Wick in 1826, this fine single malt is steeped in seafaring history. Back then, the windswept distillery was only accessible by sea and, as one og the busiest herring ports in the world, many of the distillery workers ere also hardy fishermen.

Today, Old Pulteney Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is created using the same traditional methods of the 1800´s. The copper wash still, in particular, is a source of fascination to visitors due the absence of a "swan neck". Legendhas it that, when the still was delivered, it was too tall for the still house and the manager simply decided to cut the top roof off! This shap, known as a " smuggler´s kettle", contributes to the distinctive style of the whisky. It has also influenced the unique shape of the bottle.

Plantation Single Cask rums are limited releases of double-aged Haute Couture rums, first aged in Bourbon casks in the tropics, then further aged in French oak Ferrand casks in the southwest of France. Award winning Cellar Master Alexandre Gabriel (named World´s Best Rum Master Blender in 2012) raises each barrel individual using ancestral French ageing elevage technique: While all Plantation rums are double aged, the Single Cask rums benefit from a further maturation in carefully selected beer, wine or spirits casks, each matched to enhance the rum. Each Single Cask rum takes a unique ageing path to greatness, and each bottle is personalized and numbered. Only a few barrels of these unique reserve rums are bottled annually, making it a collectors piece.

As a tribute to Louise Pommery, Pommery has been making this highly sought after, pure and immense mineral luxury cuvée from Champagne since 1979. The wine comes exclusively from specially selected plots on coveted Grand Cru fields in Avize, Cramant and Ay with a blend of primarily Chardonnay and a smaller portion Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Cuvée Louise 2004 is almost a signature example of a rich prestige cuvée, which with its relatively low dosage, singing acidity and extremely pronounced minerality seems extremely focused. Louise stands straw yellow in the glass with intense, elegant aromas of citrus, white flowers, nuts, stone fruits and lime. Focused and resilient, it really unfolds in the taste, where the fruit, the living acidity and the long, sharp mineral aftertaste are beautifully combined in this superb Champagne experience.

Rozès Rose Port

Rozès was founded in 1855 in Bordeaux by M. Ostende Rozès. A few years later they started trading in port wine, for this trade and success we can thank the son Edmond Rozès. In 1938 they established themselves in Vila Nova de Gaia, and at this time they were already known for a very high quality of port wine.
The activities were stopped during the Second World War and were restarted in Portugal in 1959. Until 1974, the firm continued as a family business, after which it was sold to Pedro Domecq S.A., Luxemburg. In 1977, the company was taken over by Moet Hennesy S.A., and in 1999, Rozès Port was sold again - this time to the champagne company Vranken Monopole.
This port wine is produced from Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grapes grown in the Douro region of Portugal.
It is a beautiful, high-quality rosé port with an eye-catching pink color with a faint ruby ​​red tinge. The aroma is complex and delicate with notes of fresh pomegranates, cherries and other red fruits, the taste is fresh and beer-soft right through to the long and pleasant aftertaste.
A beautiful and incredibly well-balanced port that is particularly suitable for frozen desserts and fruit, but absolutely unbeatable when served chilled with a few ice cubes and a strip of orange peel as an aperitif.

A cru of selected vineyards immediately around the medieval Castello Banfi, historically known as Poggio alle Mura (the walled hilltop), in the southern part of Montalcino.

Fermented in stainless steel with traditional maceration. Aged for at least four years, including at least 24 months of oak (90% in French barriques and 10% in Slavic barrels) and 24 months bottle aging before release.

Deep ruby red, tending towards grenade. Bouquet: Violets, sweet ripe red fruits and berries, as well as cigar box and spices. Taste: Flavors of plums, cherries, blackberry jam and raspberries, with just a hint of wood. Well structured with extraordinary concentration of fruit. Supple tannins and long finishes.

Tesseron Extra Légende Cognac is created from a mix of about 50 of the house's finest eaux-de-vie from grande champagne's leading cru. This exciting Cognac has built its complexity through the use of both Ugni Blanc and also Folle Blance grapes in its production, the latter of which is a rarity in Cognac today. The eaux-de-vie have also spent their time maturing for a generation in basements with different humidity levels, but adds more diversity to this elegant spirit.

Tesseron House was founded in 1905 by Abel Tesseron and has become known for its expertise. True collectors of rare and century-old spirits with unique finesse, the family perfectly combines experience and knowledge passed down through its generations with a flair for innovation that results in legendary brandy. This Cognac, which is part of Tesseron's Signature Collection, is yet another extraordinary example of their mastery.

This exquisite Cognac is available in a sturdy yet elegant decanter with a beautiful gold colour stopper. The label is adorned with delicate decoration that mimics the luminous amber hue of the spirit. At the bottom of the carafe is an elegant engraving of Abel Tesseron's signature that reminds us of the legend itself.

Deep purple-red hue with a complex bouquet of violets, licorice, damson plums, blackberries, grilled herbs, bacon fat, simmering incense, and dark chocolate. Richly textured and lively on the palate with well-delineated notes of black plum, raspberries, truffles, nutmeg, licorice, white pepper and rocky minerality. Subtle hints of espresso, sage and vanilla are also present. The long, sustained finish echoes tones of blackberries, truffles, and rocky minerality. This wine nicely shows all the amazing characteristics of the SJR winery: elegance, harmony, finesse and a fascinating sense of place. Like many of Delma's predecessors, this wine meets the intellect as well as the palate. Patience will be rewarded; this wine should reach a nice stage of maturity in 7-9 years and will last for about 15+ years.

A.H Riise Navy Naval Cadet is the latest rum in the Navy series from A.H Riise. In this case, the A.H Riise Naval Cadet is bottled at an alcohol strength of 42% and is thus a few percent higher than the original Navy rum from A.H Riise. Naval Cadet is a tribute to the Sea Cadet Company today known as the Navy's officer school. A.H Riise Naval Cadet has the classic A.H Riise scent of orange peel, coconut and licorice root, as well as shades of overripe tropical fruit. The taste is deep, bold and sweet, with eucalyptus, mint and citrus.
