"Single Estate" means that all the agaves used to create this tequila have been grown and cared for by the Camarena Family and have come from one single ranch, Rancho El Vergel.
The single barrel chosen was previously used once for American whiskey and then for a number of tequila fillings before this ageing. This pale tequila displays very little oak considering its long time in the barrel, It is complex and balanced despite its high proof.
This is a pure, artisanal spirit made slowly & carefully with no additives used.
