Guided by 50 years of experience and driven by his passion for wood handling, Billy made Batch 9 with perfection in mind. A marriage of spirits from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry casks, along with Rioja barriques and medium char/medium toasted American Virgin Oak casks, this mahogany malt sits proudly alongside its predecessors. With classic Sherried notes of indulgent dark chocolate and dried fruit, combined with sweet spices and red berries, this prized release is one to savor.

Batch 9 is bottled at a natural cask strength of 58.1%, without chill filtration or added colour.

Glen Scotia 18 year old started its maturation in American oak casks before our Master Blender hand selected the finest ones and vatted them together for a twelwe month finish in first fill oloroso casks. The oloroso finish brings perfumed floral notes which complement the distillery character of fruit with hints of sea spray and spice.

Glen Scota Victoriana is a modern interpretation of a classic Victoriana style Campbeltown malt. Bottled at cask strength, it is full of flavour with a long, beautifully smooth finish. Each cask is hand chosen for its characte, maturity and flavour ensuring this amazing liquid truly reflect why Campbeltown was known as the "Victoriana Whisky Capital of the World", Married in small batches and bottled at cask strength without chill filtration, its subtle wood and vanilla flavour is enchanged by a full bodied spicy and mildly smoky aftertaste.

Our festival bottlings are intriguing, bold and appeal to those to be wonderfully surprised. This heavily peated, release has been matured in 100% first fill bourbon barrels, before twelve-month finish in Pedro-Ximenéz hogsheads. A perfect balance of gentle smoke, treacle and spice interwowen with Glen Scotia signature subtle maritime notes.

Glenfarclas is a true gem among Scottish single malt whiskeys and a tribute to the family-owned passion for the art of distillation. This special bottling from their acclaimed Family Casks range represents the best of Glenfarclas' heritage.

This whiskey was distilled in 2003 and bottled on 27 July 2022, giving it almost 19 years to mature in a 4th Fill Butt cask (cask number 1970). The bottling is one of just 593 bottles, each with an impressive 55.9% strength, providing an authentic and concentrated taste experience.

Tasting notes

Glenfarclas is known as one of Scotland's most traditional distilleries that remains family owned. Since 1865, the distillery has been in the hands of the Grant family, who have continued their dedication and expertise through six generations. It all began with John Grant, a cattle breeder, who in 1865 bought Recherlich Farm and Glenfarclas Distillery for the modest sum of £511.

This family ownership structure has enabled Glenfarclas to maintain their unique approach to whiskey making, which i.a. includes the use of directly heated copper kettles and quality casks. The result is whiskeys with depth, character and complexity.

This 2003 bottling is a perfect representation of Glenfarclas' style – a flavorful blend of sherry sweetness, spicy notes and a silky texture. An obvious whiskey for the collector, but also for those who want a unique taste experience from one of Scotland's most respected distilleries.

Named after the famous dark, peaty loch overlooked by the distillery, the Loch Gorm 2023 edition was matured in oloroso sherry butts previosly used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. Kilchoman Founder Anthony Wills, selected 22 casks from three separate years, the youngest of which was distilled in 2015. The sherry soaked oak adds layers of rich fruity character which balance beautifully with classic Kilchoman peat smoke and citrus flavours.

This, our second official Fino Sherry matured release, was matured for a minimim of five years in 20 fino sherry butts previously used by Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin. Maturation in ex-fino sherry casks has given the whisky layers of minerality, oak and maple syrup which pair nicely with the natural citrus sweetness and maritime peat smoke of Kilchoman.

This Small Batch vatting combines bourbon and oloroso sherry matured Kilchoman at 46% ABV with specially selected shaved toasted & re-charred (STR) Red Wine casks, at natural cask strength. The result is a marrige of classic Kilchoman and citrus and peat smoke with layers of red fruit, cinnamon sweetness, and fresh vanilla.

Famous as Islay´s Farm Distillery, the distillery´s barley fields stretch west to the shores of Machir Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Kilchoman is unique in many ways, most notably for our 100% Islay range. Scotland´s only single malt produced from barley and grown andn malted on Islay.

Established in 2005, Kilchoman is true to the island´s rich farm distilling heritage, using local peat cut in the traditional dunnage warehouses and bottling on site without colouring or chil-filtration.

This 9 year old single cask has been matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before being finished in a Shaved Toast and Re-charred red wine cask for 15 months.

Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with characte, using traditional methods that are rarely seen today,

The journey begins at our single farm, where 100% of our barley is grown. It is then traditional floor malted, hand-mashed and fermented slowly for seven days in our wooden washback that were hand-make at our own cooperage. We use direct fire to heat our small copper pot stills, and mature our spirit in hand-selected casks. Finally, we bottle our whisky onsite at our distillery.

Our hand-crafted approach to whisky production passionately combines traditional methods, expertise and an absolute commitment to quality.

This small batch release of 7000 bottles has been matured in ex-bourbon oak casks.
Bourbon barrels are constructed from Quercus Alba or white oak, commonly as American oak.
