Domaine Maldant Pauvelot is a family business, founded in the late 19th century by Jean Pauvelot (1st). Today, Domaine Maldant Pauvelot has approx. 18 hectares, and the family company is managed by Jean-Luc Maldant together with Arnauld Jobard, who is a partner in the company. Wines are produced both under the name Domaine Maldant Pauvelot and under the name Jean Luc Maldant. Domaine Maldant Pauvelot produces quality wines, which are sold in many wine shops and served in many fine restaurants in France. This 1er Cru is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in Savigny-Les-Beaune in the Burgundy region of France. The grapes come specifically from the vineyard Les Gravains, which was planted in 1944.
