Palmer & Co Collection Vintage 1997 is a vintage champagne made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from some of the best Premier and Grand Cru fields in the Montagne de Reims. With its cool, frost-stricken spring, 1997 stands in the shadow of the previous super-vintage, 1996, but the year has proven to produce some superb wines, which in the best editions demonstrate both vitality and great depth. This champagne is a great example of this.
