Domaine Philippe Gavignet is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges and is a family estate with five generations of winemakers. The winery produces in 16 appellations where mostly red wine is produced, but with some white wines and a rosé. This wine is from La Montagne and here Philippe Gavignet has 0.35 hectares. This wine is made from pure chardonnay, and the pressing and fermentation takes place where half is in stainless steel tanks and half in 350-liter barrels, stirring every 15 days. They are then stored in vats and then in casks for 12 months.
