A wine of elegance and character
Barolo Ravera 2015 presents itself with a deep ruby red color and beautiful brick-red reflections. From the very first scent, the wine’s complexity is revealed – sweet notes of cherries preserved in alcohol, intense berry jam, and a subtle touch of black pepper. The taste is warm and harmonious with a silky texture and elegant tannins. Vanilla and spicy notes blend seamlessly with the depth of the fruit, creating an extraordinary balance that evolves beautifully in the glass. A world-class wine experience!

Crafted with respect for tradition and terroir
The grapes for this prestigious Barolo come from the Ravera vineyard in Novello, located 360 meters above sea level. The soil is rich in limestone, marl, and clay, providing optimal drainage and a unique minerality to the wine. The south-facing vineyards ensure perfect ripening conditions for the Nebbiolo grapes, which are grown with a density of 4,700 plants per hectare.

The vinification process is traditional and meticulous – the must is pumped over the skins several times daily for 25 days at 30°C to ensure maximum extraction of color and flavor. After a short rest period in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 60 months in oak barrels, adding complexity and depth. Finally, it matures in Giribaldi’s historic cellars at a constant temperature of 16°C.
