Quality wines based on one parameter - it is alcohol-free. To be precise, it's 0.5% alcohol by volume. The minerality, acidity, and fruitiness that you know from St. Antony are preserved. Alcohol is often seen as the carrier of flavors in wines, but this Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) comes very close to a regular wine. It's produced using a more recent method where the wine's own aroma is added back after dealcoholization - this gives a lovely vinous character true to the grape it's made from.
