In Planteray Rum´s signature double-ageing technique, this unique expression is aged 9 years in Mauritius, then shipped by the sea to the south-west of France, where it matured another two years in Ferrand casks.

A true embodiment of the Island´s terroir. This 2013 vintage was distilled at the oldest distillery at Mauritius, it offers a journey through the rich flavors of Mauritius. Tropical fruit notes are combined with dark chocolate and orange peel.

Following the farmed traveller´s route in Belize, this takes you to Traveller´s Distillery, where 19 casks were selected for this one-time limited release.
In Plantarey´s Rum signature double-ageing technique, this unique expression is aged 13 years in Belize, then shipped by sea to the South-West of France, where it matured another 2 years in Ferrand Casks.

Through the distinctive double-ageing method og Plantation Rum, this vintage was matured for 2 years in Brighton beach, Barbados. After which, it embarks on a maritime voyage to south-west France, where ot spends an additional 14 years ageing in ex-Ferrand casks.

The West Indies Rum Distillery is the cornerstone og Barbados rum production for 130 years. Honouring the blending technique cherished on the island, the Barbados 2007 rum unites both pot and column distillation. This vintage is a layered expression that captives the senses.

In collaboration with the talented Master Distiller from Rum Co. in Fiji, Liam Costello, Alexandre embarked on a meticulous mission. The result: a masterful selection of just 18 casks of 2004 vintage column still rum, each refined through a unique coconut charcoal filtration process.
These select casks aged gracefully for 17 years in Fiji's tropical embrace, absorbing the essence of the region before embarking on an epic journey spanning two oceans. Your destination? Southwest France, where they continued to mature for a further two years in the prestigious Ferrand Cognac casks.

Bordering the Caribbean Sea Venezuela has a long heritage of producing rich and refined rums, traditionally aged in oak casks. This 2010 vintage is an elegant expression of its terrior with delicate note of candied fruits and spices.

This Guyana 2007 masterfully combines the exuberance of the unique Port Mourant double wooden-pot-still with the elegance of a copper column still, resulting in a heavy, deeply structured rum showcasing dark chocolate and earthy notes.

The gourmet flavours of this Peru 2006 highlight the formidable blending of multiple vacuum column stills rum coupled with John Dore Pot Still distillate, for a complex yet authentic expression from the land of abundance.

This unique product was found in Las Cabras de Pesé, located in southwest Panama, in the Herrera region. In Plantation Rum´s signature double-ageing technique, the rum traveled by sea to the southwest of France where it was matured in French oak casks.

The intense flavours of this Panama 2008 pay homage to the Island´s southern terroir. Its tropical weather offering the perfect conditions for sugarcane cultivation.

Alexandre and his team came up with this exclusive product all the way from Queensland, Australia. In Plantation Rum´s signature double-ageing technique, the rum then travelled in casks by sea to the southwest of France, where it was further matured in French oak barrels.

Austalia
Local molasses, exclusive proprietary yeast and pure rainwater are left to ferment for twelve days, then distilled in a unique copper pot still, creating a heavier style rum with balanced complexity. This Australia 2007 is the interpretation of decades-old rum-making techniques. It highlights the authentic savoir-faire, passion and dedication of this artisans behind the distillery.
