Made from the classic Belle de Boskoop variety, this vintage combines fresh fruit, beautiful structure, and a refined oak character.

Only the finest Danish Belle de Boskoop apples are selected for Nobel 2023. After pressing, the must is fermented in brand-new French oak barrels, where the wine is then aged for at least 12 months. The long barrel aging adds depth, complexity, and a silky-smooth texture, while preserving the apples’ natural freshness. The result is an elegant and dry apple wine with great balance and impressive aging potential.

Nobel 2023 is well-suited both as an exciting alternative to white wine and as an accompaniment to gourmet dining experiences. It pairs particularly well with fish, shellfish, white meat poultry, mushroom dishes, and hard cheeses—or simply as a glass to be enjoyed on its own.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Fresh green apples, ripe pears, and citrus are accompanied by vanilla, toasted almonds, and subtle notes of butter, brioche, and light spice from the new oak barrels.

Palate: Dry, fresh, and elegant with crisp Belle de Boskoop apples, ripe stone fruit, and a creamy texture. Barrel aging contributes vanilla, light caramel, and subtle toasted notes, creating lovely depth.

Finish: Long, clean, and harmonious with fresh malic acid, delicate mineral notes, and an elegant finish with lightly spiced oak tones.
