The wine is made from 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Syrah from selected parcels on slopes and pebbly plains. The terroir consists mainly of clay and limestone, giving the rosé a beautiful balance between freshness, fruit and finesse.

The grapes are gently pressed at low pressure and aged on lees for eight days. The cool vinification helps preserve the wine’s fresh aromas and elegant character. The result is a crisp and harmonious rosé with plenty of southern French charm.
