This single cask bourbon is distilled on a classic American mash bill consisting of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% barley. The combination provides a nice balance of sweetness, spicy structure and depth. Aged for six years in a new American oak barrel with char level #3, adding distinctive vanilla, caramel and toasted oak.

Tasting notes

Nose: Rich and warm with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and a spicy note from the rye. Hints of dark syrup and light toasted sugar.
