Sartori Marani Bianco IGT Veneto 2024 – The original White Amarone

A wine with depth, structure and intensity, created on the same principle as Amarone, but in an elegant and silky white version. It’s Italian passion in a bottle. Sartori Marani Bianco 2024 is a unique and characterful white wine from Veneto – often referred to as the White Amarone. – Full-bodied, complex and at the same time harmonious.

The wine is produced from 100% Garganega from Sartori’s own vineyards in Veneto. The grapes are hand-picked and gently dried for 40 days using the appassimento method, which concentrates sugar, aroma and structure. Part of the wine is aged in oak barrels to add complexity and depth, while the rest is aged in steel tanks to maintain freshness and balance. The result is a white wine with both power and finesse.

Marani is the perfect choice for those who want a fuller, more complex white wine – perfect for both gastronomy and enjoyment in its own right.

Serve at 10-12°C with fish, shellfish, creamy pasta dishes, risotto, light meat or mature cheeses.

The history of the house

The Sartori story begins in 1898 when Pietro Sartori bought his first vineyard and cellar to ensure quality wines for his hotel. This was the start of a family business that today is run by the fourth generation.

For more than 100 years, Sartori has combined tradition, craftsmanship and innovation and has achieved the status of one of the most respected wineries in Veneto. Marani is a fine example of the house’s ability to marry classic methods with modern precision – creating wines with both identity and elegance.
