Wint & Lila Strawberry Gin is an elegant and handcrafted 37.5% Spanish gin where classic distilling art meets fresh fruit and Mediterranean inspiration. Produced with great care in Seville, this gin is made for those looking for an aromatic and fruity gin with finesse and balance.

All 10 botanicals are macerated separately in 16 liter glass jars for 6-8 weeks to extract maximum aroma and depth. The gin is then gently distilled in a historic 1820 copper pot still using the au-bain-marie method, which ensures a smooth and precise distillation.
