Rose Porcelaine Languedoc Pays d’Oc IGP 2023
French elegance in every drop

Looking for an elegant French rosé wine with finesse and character?
Then Rose Porcelaine 2023 is the perfect choice – an exquisite rosé designed to impress, whether at the dinner table or on the terrace. This wine combines the best of French winemaking tradition with modern vinification and an eye for detail, expressing everything we love about southern French rosé: crispness, freshness, and finesse.

Production – meticulous craftsmanship for top-quality wine
Rose Porcelaine is made with an uncompromising focus on freshness and quality:
Night harvesting when temperatures are at their lowest, preserving the grapes’ aromas and preventing oxidation
Gentle pressing at just 7–8°C
Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, enhancing the fruit and finesse
Matured for 4 months on lees with regular bâtonnage (stirring), adding roundness and complexity
All of this creates a rosé with both elegance and structure – perfect for pairing with food or enjoying on its own.

Tasting notes – vibrant, fruity, and harmonious
In the glass, the wine is pale pink like fine porcelain – delicate and inviting.
The nose bursts with aromas of fresh raspberries and sweet strawberries, followed by subtle notes of spice and white pepper, adding depth and intrigue.
On the palate, it’s juicy, crisp, and well-balanced, with a refreshing acidity and a creamy, lingering finish that makes it ideal both as an aperitif and with food.
Perfect with food and cozy moments
Rose Porcelaine 2023 is a versatile wine that pairs beautifully with both light and spicy dishes – best served chilled at 8–10°C.

The story behind Porcelaine – French tradition and terroir
This wine is crafted in the heart of Languedoc, at the foot of the majestic Montagne Noire (Black Mountain). The region is known for its south-facing slopes, rocky soils, and dramatic temperature shifts between day and night – ideal conditions for the Grenache grape, which here develops its most aromatic and balanced character. Rosé production has been a way of life for generations in this area, and you can taste it in every drop of Rose Porcelaine. This wine is a tribute to the art of table setting, the elegance of fine porcelain, and the French gift for turning meals into memories.
