Maison Edmond Briottet is a traditional, family-run liqueur house from Dijon in Burgundy with roots dating back to 1836. Originally a wine merchant, it began producing liqueurs in 1841 – including the iconic Crème de Cassis that made the house famous.

In the early 1900s, Edmond Briottet fully focused on liqueur production and since the 1940s the house has specialized exclusively in quality liqueurs. Today, the company is run by the 6th generation, who continue to combine classic French craftsmanship with modern taste and uncompromising quality.
