I have crafted this very special ale using the finest Goldings hops, floor-malted Maris Otter barley, and, of course, our unique yeast, to create a truly extraordinary limited edition brew.
Individually packaged and numbered, this bottle is one of only 90,000 produced.
While we are obliged to provide a best-before date of 2007, like an exquisite wine or whisky, this soft and golden ale will only get better with age for many more years.
Vintage Ale is a truly indulgent bottled beer. Each vintage is a blend of the finest malts and hops of the year, creating a unique brew in limited quantity. As they are bottle-conditioned, it is after bottling that the flavors truly begin to develop and change, and they continue to do so throughout the beer's lifetime.
