All of our crafts is captured in this bottle. Drawing on more than three decades´experience, our Malt Master has selected from the finest vintage casks laid down during his early years at The Belvenie. Long-seasoned in the wood, their contents have rested undisturbed for over thirty years. The product of a lifetime´s work, ´thirty´ has been bottled at natural strength to capture all of the Signature Characteristics of the The Belvenie.
By marrying The Belvenie slowly aged in traditional
oak casks and also in Oloroso Sherry Butts, the malt master has created a rich, mellow whisky with unusual depth and complexity. The traditional oak - previously used to mature Bourbon imbues warm, honeyed tines, intense floral sweetness and distinct notes of vanilla, whereas The Belvenie matured in sherry wood displays a richer depth of colour, a dry oakness and even greater refinement.
