The wine is made with a long maceration of 4 to 5 weeks, which draws color, structure and depth from the grape skins. The result is a powerful Rhône wine with a fleshy texture, silky tannins and an impressive balance of ripe fruit and peppery notes.

Domaine de Laplagnol has been in the family for more than five generations and today has 55 hectares of vineyards in the sunny Rhône terroir. The winery is run by Solange and Patrick Roux, who create wines with personality, balance and finesse with great passion and respect for the region’s traditions.
