Corton Grancey is Louis Latour’s own signature cuvée from Corton. It is blended from selected parcels of the Grand Cru vineyard and shows the house’s interpretation of the area’s terroir. The wine is traditionally aged in French oak barrels from Louis Latour’s own cooperage. This provides a precise integration of barrel and fruit. The taste is deep and complex, yet classically austere in expression. This is a wine that needs time – either in the decanter or in the cellar.
