Tasting Notes – Mango, the French way
Color: Beautiful golden-orange with a tropical glow.
Aroma: Intense and delightful with an exotically perfumed scent of ripe mango, light sweetness, and a hint of candy shop.
Taste: Fresh, concentrated, and balanced with a perfect blend of sweetness and acidity. The mango flavor is sharp and lingers long on the tongue.

Briottet – A French liqueur house with deep roots and proud traditions
The house of Edmond Briottet is based in the heart of Dijon, with a history dating back to 1836. Back then, it was a wine business owned by James Demontry, a well-known winemaker and political figure in Burgundy. However, the liqueur journey truly began in 1841, when Crème de Cassis – Dijon’s famous blackcurrant liqueur – was invented by Auguste Denis Lagoutte.

At the time, the company was neither called ‘Briottet’ nor making liqueur as it does today. That changed when Edmond Briottet joined the business in the early 1900s. Under his leadership, the company evolved into a dedicated liqueur house, and since the 1940s, the focus has been solely on the sweet art of liqueurs of the highest quality.
Today, Briottet is run by the sixth generation, and the passion for flavor, craftsmanship, and quality remains strong. With classics like Crème de Cassis and modern favorites like Liqueur de Mangue, Briottet masterfully unites the virtues of the past with the tastes of today – bottle by bottle.
