Maison Edmond Briottet is based in Dijon, Burgundy and can trace its roots back to 1836. Originally a wine merchant, the company began producing liqueurs in the mid-1800s, including the famous Crème de Cassis from Dijon.

It was Edmond Briottet who set the direction in the early 1900s to become a pure liqueur house. Since the 1940s, the house has focused exclusively on liqueurs of the highest quality. Today, the company is run by the 6th generation, who continue to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern flavors.
