This rum was distilled in 2005 and bottled in 2022 after a full 17 years in cask. It comes from cask M086 and is a true Single Cask bottling, which means that the entire expression comes from a single cask – without blending with other casks.

Distillation is done on both pot still and column still, which is characteristic of Foursquare’s style. The combination produces a rum with both power and elegance: pot still adds richness and complexity, while column still adds balance and purity.

The long aging in a tropical climate has concentrated the flavor, resulting in a deep, dark and structured rum with intense cask character and great maturity.

Tasting notes
