Huré Frères L’Invitation Brut – Premier Cru grower champagne with depth and personality

Looking for a champagne with real character, finesse and terroir? Huré Frères L’Invitation Brut is a welcoming and serious grower champagne from Premier Cru vineyards in Ludes near Reims. Here you don’t get mass production – but craftsmanship, family history and uncompromising quality in every bottle.

This champagne is created as the house’s calling card. An introduction to the style, philosophy and precise work in the field and cellar. L’Invitation is for the quality-conscious wine lover who wants more depth, more structure and more authenticity than the big champagne houses typically offer. It is champagne with edge, nerve and elegance.

The blend consists of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay from our own Premier Cru vineyards in Ludes and Villedommanges. The combination provides structure, fruit and freshness. The grapes are grown with biodynamic inspiration and a focus on biodiversity and balance in the vineyard – a philosophy that is clearly reflected in the energy and purity of the wine.

After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes first fermentation and then enters the house’s special Solera system. Here, several vintages are blended and aged together to create continuity, complexity and depth. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle and the champagne is aged for 30-36 months on the lees. This gives structure, creamy texture and fine, persistent bubbles. The dosage is 8 grams per liter – perfectly balanced and elegantly rounded.

Tasting notes

In the glass, L’Invitation Brut has a beautiful, lively mousse and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma offers ripe apples, juicy mirabelles and subtle notes of brioche and lightly roasted nuts.

The taste is fresh, fruit-driven and mineral with a distinctive but harmonious acidity. The ripe fruit notes are beautifully balanced by the chalky minerality of Montagne de Reims. The dosage gives a soft roundness without taking anything away from the crispness of the wine. The finish is pure, elegant and persistent. A champagne that works both as an aperitif and with seafood, fish or light dishes with finesse.

The house of Huré Frères – passion for terroir in the Montagne de Reims

Huré Frères is located in Ludes, Premier Cru, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Founded in the 1960s, the house is now run by the third generation, brothers François and Pierre Huré. They have built a strong reputation as one of the area’s most exciting grower-producers.

The family works with small plots, microvinification and maximum respect for terroir. Sustainability and soil health are central to their approach. Each wine should reflect the origin – not just the house. The result is champagnes with signature, precision and personality. L’Invitation Brut is the perfect introduction to the style and craftsmanship of the house.
