The wine originates from Rheingau in Germany and is produced from 100% Riesling grapes. Using gentle vacuum distillation, the alcohol is gently removed at a low temperature to preserve the natural aromas and characteristic Riesling profile. The result is a wine with vibrant acidity, fruity depth and a surprisingly full-bodied mouthfeel.

Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood, vegetarian dishes or as an elegant welcome drink for festive occasions. Serve at 8-10°C.
