Ximénez-Spínola XS Palo Cortado Jerez Seco Serie 2 is a rare and remarkable sherry from the traditional Ximénez-Spínola house in Jerez. This unique edition is created in a very limited production and represents a very special interpretation of the classic Palo Cortado style.

What makes this wine special is the use of 100% Pedro Ximénez grapes, normally associated with sweet sherries. In this edition, the grape is used for the first time to create a dry Palo Cortado within the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry appellation. The grapes are hand-picked to ensure maximum quality and precision in the character of the wine.

The result is a complex and elegant sherry where finesse, depth and structure come together in a wine that surprises and impresses. The combination of traditional craftsmanship and an unconventional approach to the grape variety makes this bottling something special.

This Series 2 edition is produced in a unique numbered series of only 2,592 bottles. Each bottle is therefore a collector’s item and the character of the wine cannot necessarily be repeated in future releases.
