Crafted with Organic Ingredients and Precision

Mosgaard Palo Cortado Cask is distilled from organic Danish barley malt and pure Funen water. The whisky is matured in casks of American white oak that were first filled with Mosgaard’s own Palo Cortado sherry for one and a half years.
This carefully planned process ensures complete control over the wine, the wood, and the aroma. Every nuance is fine-tuned to achieve maximum depth and balance.

Production takes place in small batches on copper stills designed by Mosgaard themselves. Nothing is left to chance – every detail from malting to maturation is carried out with passion and precision.
