This iconic Napa Valley Cabernet blend is composed of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 2% Malbec. After fermentation, the wine is aged for a full 19 months in new French oak, which adds depth, complexity and a silky tannic structure.

The vineyards are located in the western part of the Oakville AVA – including two parcels in the famous To Kalon Vineyard – complemented by the Ballestra and River parcels surrounding the winery. The combination of hand-harvesting, classic methods and carefully integrated modern techniques ensures optimal fruit and precision in every vintage.

Tasting notes

Color: Deep dark red with violet hues.

Aroma: Complex and intense with blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, accompanied by cedar, dark chocolate, graphite and fine spices from the new French oak.

Flavor: Rich and concentrated with silky tannins, layers of ripe black fruit, tobacco, vanilla and elegant barrel spice. A wine with both power and finesse.
