The story of Quinta do Noval

Quinta do Noval is one of the most famous port houses in the Douro Valley and has been producing port since the early 1700s. The house is particularly known for both its vintage Ports and its Colheita Ports, which few producers master at the same level.

The winery is located near the town of Pinhão in the heart of the Douro. Here the grapes are grown on steep terraces with slatey soils that produce wines with great concentration, elegance and ageing potential. Quinta do Noval is today recognized as one of the most respected producers in the world of Port.
