Tesseron Extra Légende Grande Champagne Cognac is a true masterpiece from the heart of Cognac. Created from around 50 of the house’s finest eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne – the most prestigious cru in Cognac – this is a luxurious and deeply complex cognac for the discerning connoisseur and collector.

Here, generations of experience meet uncompromising selection. The blend consists primarily of Ugni Blanc, but also includes the rare Folle Blanche – a grape that has almost disappeared from Cognac today, but which adds finesse and aromatic elegance. The eaux-de-vie have matured for decades in cellars with different humidity levels, creating extra depth, balance and complexity.

The result is a Grande Champagne Cognac with a silky smooth texture, impressive layers and a harmonious richness that only long ageing can deliver.

Tasting notes

Color: Brilliant amber with golden reflections.

Aroma: Complex and seductive with dried fruits, candied orange peel, honey and toasted almonds. Elegant notes of vanilla, old oak and a hint of spice.

Flavor: Full-bodied, rounded and deeply concentrated. Layers of prunes, figs, caramel and dark chocolate. Fine balance between sweetness, spice and the elegant tannins of the barrel.

Finish: Extraordinarily long, warm and silky with lingering notes of dried fruit and noble oak.
