Beautiful wine produced on spätburgunder red wine grapes, where the grapes are pressed easily to remove the juice without the wine taking too much color. A fine and light wine with color like a Norwegian salmon. Finely tuned acidity and very fresh taste, elegant and harmonious. 

This lovely wine is lightly sparkling and perfect on a hot summer day. Delicate fruit flavour with elegant sweetness without being too sweet. Fruity aroma with hints of howl. Perfect as a welcome drink, aperitif, for light dishes and fruit.

This sweet, sparkling and refreshing rosé comes from Piedmont from the producer Casa Vinicola Abbazia, located in Santa Stefano Belbo, as between Langhe Monferrato and Roero. This family has run the vineyard for several generations and has a long historical and cultural significance.

Can easily be used as an aperitif, for cakes and desserts and fresh fruit. May be served cool.

Production Process: Casal Mendes Rosé is made from grapes sourced from the classic wine regions of Bairrada and Dão in Portugal. The primary grape variety is Baga, known for its thick skins, structure, and fruit intensity. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing and ferment at a controlled temperature for over 7 days at the Sangalhos winery in Bairrada.
