Plantation Rum Single Casks are limited, one-time releases of double-aged haute couture rums. First aged in bourbon barrels in a tropical climate, they are then shipped by sea to further mature in French oak Ferrand casks in the sout west of France according to Plantation signature technique. The rums that make up thiscollection are further distinguished by a third maturation in specially selected casks that previously contained wine, beer or other spirits. Master Blender Alexandre Gabriel select every cask individual to highlight each rum´s character and enhance irs personality. Only a handful of casks are bottled every year, in personalized numbered bottles, making thes limited editions true collectors´ items.

Nose: Fruity and honeyed on acacia and broom with citrus, apricot, tobacco and licorice.
Palate: Rich and oily on beeswax with tropical fruits, hazelnut and slightly anised
Finale: Smoky and woody with salted peanuts and allspices.
